A Replacement for Bankaroo
We are sad to see Bankaroo go but are grateful for all the impact that they have made in the world!
With the news of Bankaroo shutting down its service in Sept 2023, many people may be left wondering how they will continue to teach their children about personal finance. What is a good, similar app to Bankaroo? The good news is that the Guardian Savings app can help fill the gap!

When should I switch from using Bankaroo to Guardian Savings?
Bankaroo stated in a post that they “plan to shut down completely in September of 2023.” so at the time of this writing you have eight months to make the switch. However, we recommend switching from Bankaroo to Guardian Savings as soon as possible so that you lose less historical transaction data when you transfer.

Automatic Imports
Bankaroo has stated, “We are looking into excel or PDF exports at the moment.” Our team at Guardian Savings has reached out to Bankaroo and will be monitoring availability of export options. If an export option does become available Guardian Savings may be able to build an automatic import solution
