You can delete your account by taking the following steps:

1) Login and access the parent area (if you’ve forgotten your password or parent area pin, see our frequently asked questions for how to reset these)

2) Tap "Menu" 

3) Tap "Parent Account Settings"

3) Tap "Erase my data, delete my account" 

Note that if you delete your account, all your account data is permanently lost and is unrecoverable.
